  Delivery was within 50 minutes as they had said and the pizza was really nice!! Delivery driver was polite and all round we enjoyed the service!! much cheaper than dominos and just as good, if not better!

• Wait Wait and Wait!

  Pizza eventually arrives often burnt and nearly always cold. The last straw for me was last night. I ordered my Pizza at 2150 and waited hours for a delivery. Eventually I went to bed at 2350 only to be woken up at 0040 by a pounding on my door. Do you really think I want a pizza 3 hours later? Not even a phone call to apologise for the delay. Absolutely appalling! Ill be paying a little extra for Dominos from now on, well worth the difference. Such a shame I have been a regular customer for many years im sorry it has come to this but its happening too often for it to be a one off.

• Best Pizzas in the UK

  I choose my words carefully. ""you have to try a pizza in New York, ""you must have a pizza in Naples, the birth of the famous pise"", I was advised. I did try pizza in both of these places and i can assure any doubter that Romeros make the best Pizza i've had.......anywhere.
