• Fast and Efficient

  Very sceptical that they could complete a large complex installation in two days, but my fears were unfounded. Following two twelve hour days, the system was up and running without problems at the end of day 2 . The three man team was hard working, professional and unusually tidy. Highly recommended

• Poor service and response but finally got there

  Paul constantly does not return calls, they came to fix some peoblems and left the valve slightly open and this stained the carpet in July submitted invoice for cleaning in August now 30th Sept no response from them and would you believe it still have a leak in the system as it cannot maintain the pressure. wish I'd never heard of Condensehest. Have now got a what appears to be a good working system, After initial problems the cold weather came and at the same time shower could'nt maintain heat, got in touch with condenseheat explained problem and they got Ideal out to me very fast but said nothing wrong with boiler. Condenseheat however did not give up and came to investigate leak and cleared pressure now seems ok. Started looking into shower problem and tried various solutions but still no better, Finally upgraded boiler to a Isar 35 from a 30 and this now sees to have done the trick. I must admit in Condense heats defense this was no ordinary problem as it is a walk in power shwer and body jets which used to have a 3bar monsoon dual pump running it. So am now back to having good showers and Condenseheat can have some rest from my constant calls and remove me from their Christmas card list, If by any chance they do have to send Denis out to you he likes Tea milk one sugar.

• Warmth at Last

  I have been very impressed with Condenseheat from the initial sale to the work done. After having an old heating system and mounting bills I decided to get a combi boiler installed. The price was arranged with vaious discounts and payment options to make it easy for me to agree and afford. The work was carried out in a proffessional friendly way with limited mess and confusion. Any questions I had were answered in a honest and informative manner. The system itself is brilliant and very user friendly and it is great to have such a good heating system throughout my house. I would reccommend Condenseheat to anyone who is thinking of having this work done as they are very proffessional and very efficient bit like my new heating system.
