Martial arts training in Marple, Stockport. Crazy Monkey boxing for fitness and personal development. We offer fun, informal classes using a client-centered coaching approach designed to challenge and build an ability to perform inside the gym, at work and in all aspects of life. No egos, just hard work, persoanl development and fun. Women's only fitboxing class. Revolution is the UK representative of the Performance Coaches World Alliance (www.mymalife.com) delivering the Crazy Monkey Defence Program.

    As a student at 19 i have been going to Revolution now for more than half a year. In past expiriences i have found martial arts clubs to be phony places where "bruiser's" train just to hurt people. This is not the case at Revolution and i have found all aspects of this learning environment usefull in every area of my life. From a learning point of view this place has helped me alot but from a social point of view its tons of fun for people of all catagories. John s.
