HIVIS.NET ripped me off

I ordered a high vis ruck sack from them phoned them many times to check where it was then many times to get a refund. I got promised a refund but got nowhere. After 18 months I thought to myself that I wouldn't let them just rip me off and deliver nothing then they were rude to me told me that they couldn't prove that it hadn't been delieved anymore! I can prove I've paid them. I am referring this to trading standards safe yourself the hassle...
