the boars leigh is tucked away in the cheshire countryside near bosley and is an old traditional style pub. parking is available to the rear. this country pub is popular with walkers and locals alike and offers a good range of beers and home cooked food of the hearty british style. the staff are friendly and welcoming and there is a relaxed friendly feel to the place. it offeres good views of the surrounding countryside and in the winter offers a snug environment to talk and unwind. there is not usually an obtrusive background music. all are welcomed and there is an outside area for smokers. good choice of local ales for the real ale lovers. a good choice if you happen to be in the area or fancy a trip out into the countryside.
