• massive bill reduction

  We had our 7 radiator system completely replaced last October. Condenseheat were not the cheapest but we are so glad we went with them. The installation was painless and, when we did have a few teething problems, they were sorted straight away. Dealing with Karen at the office was a pleasure and she stayed true to her word. Our bills have dramatically reduced (it was even a bit of a treat looking at bar charts of our gas consumption on the British Gas website!). We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

  I was very cautious about ripping out our 30 year old system - goodness knows why! With the new system we have no creaks, squeaks or taps when the heating comes on, the efficiency is incredible, the positioning of one of the radiators was changed to benefit the room and every room is warm! A very polite, helpful, hardworking and genuine company that I would be happy to recommend to anyone. The installation team tidied, vacuumed, filled holes and left everything as they had found it. Wonderful.

  My wife decided that we should update our central heating and proceeded to research the market. After much deliberation, she called Condenseheat Ltd and arranged for a salesman to call. A very polite chap pitched up, explained what was involved and the benefits of the system. Our minds made up, or rather my wifes’ mind made up and that was that. Naturally we chose the coldest day in November to have the system installed and three brothers from the Midlands turned up on our doorstep bright and early. Despite the language difficulties ( we live in Surrey), we managed to converse and very soon a brand-new boiler, new piping and 12 gleaming radiators were waiting to be installed. It was a two day job, but hot water was available at the end of the first day, and by 5:00pm on day 2 we were waving goodbye to a very friendly, efficient bunch of chaps. I would unhesitatingly recommend Condenseheat Ltd for two very good reasons; firstly they did what they said they were going to do, no hassle, no quibbling. Install new boiler, pipes and radiators and leave the place as they found it. No argument there. Secondly, when we subsequently dealt with the Stockport office, over an issue which turned out not to be their problem/fault, we could not have asked for better service. As I said, it was not their province, but they bent over backwards to help us out. I would be delighted to be a reference for Condenseheat Ltd and to speak to anyone who is considering using their services – a fine company with excellent employees, who do what they say they are going to do!

  After looking at energy efficient central heating systems we dropped on Condense Heat of Stockport, after having a visit from one of their Sales People we decided to go ahead and have the full central heating system fitted although it seemed a little more expensive to similar systems on the market the company seemed to sell itself. On the day of the fitting although we had an old system in the house with an old copper tank in the bathroom and our current boiler in the kitchen, we were told by the company to not even move any furniture at all as the fitters would do it for us! At 8am 3 fitters turned up and got to work immediately, they very efficiently went about their work each having a separate task to carry out, all the old system was removed and replaced with the new boiler now filling the space left by the tank in the bathroom, now freeing up valuable wall space in the kitchen. Each of these fitters were polite and very hard working, and all my partner and me had to do was make a few brews, hoover up at the end of the day and go and cash in the scrap metal which netted us £42!!l All furniture was moved and replaced by the team. Since installation in November 08, the new system has transformed our lives! Its too hot sometimes!! No worries just pick up the handy remote and turn it down. This system is so simple and efficient and all correspondance with the company has been of a first class nature, customer service at its best, it’s a revelation to discover in these times of ridiculous call centres in foreign countries, were you spend an hour on the phone and achieve nothing!! Condense Heat are well recommended, my partner and I can’t speak highly enough of the whole package, even my 18 yr old daughter now turns the heating off in her room!! Absolutly marvellous, a real result. Thanks… Paul Clark.
