The service given was the best i have used for journeys to and from the airport , on both journeys the driver arrived on time and was very helpful with all our cases , even on our return the driver was waiting for us in the terminal building even though we had been delayed, one of our party received a text on arriving to say he was already their for us so we did not have the usual 15-20 minute wait that you get from other companies , i will be using Pinpoint again and recommend this company for giving good service at a reasonable cost.

I have now had two journeys with Pinpoint Executive Travel and the service we received was absolutely EXCELLENT , PROMPT and the driver was exceptionally helpful with loading all our luggage and opening/closing doors for our party. On our return journey we were delayed for just over 2 hours and then had a delay with baggage reclaim and the moment i switched on my phone i received a text message from the driver specifying that he was already in the airport terminal waiting for us , and to add to the excellent service we were not charged any extra for waiting time or even car park charges (unlike many other firms). I will definately be booking my future journeys through Pinpoint and have recommended their services to many friends and family.
