I offer a safe non-judgmental, supportive yet gently challenging space to help you explore difficult areas of your life. I have wide-ranging professional skills with 18 years' experience of working therapeutically with people from all walks of life and who have a variety of issues to explore. I am an Integrative counsellor believing you have the resources within you to make the changes you need in your life or your future behaviour. However, I also know how people need considerable encouragement and motivation to make long-lasting changes in their lives . . . So I see myself as a facilitator of your change, working alongside you, being curious with you about yourself, and helping you to ask and answer the questions that will get to the heart of what may be causing your difficulties. Clients tell me I have an empathic understanding of where they are in their lives and intuitively know how to help facilitate their healing, change and growth.
