We specialise in nutritional therapy, offering both shop floor advice and one-to-one consultations with our team of nutritional therapists. Many of our customers regularly call in or phone for nutritional advice.

Our Dr Hauschka facial treatments are the ultimate pampering experience, a real treat for yourself or a gift for someone special.We are the only centre in the northwest to specialise in Dr Hauschka products, facials and make up, with skin consultations available most days in the shop.

Our team comprises 15 highly qualified therapists offering a wide range of other holistic therapies including aromatherapy massage, reflexology, acupuncture, homeopathy, pregnancy massage, hopi ear candling, hot stone massage, sports and remedial massage, indian head massage, iyengar Yoga, emotional freedom technique, neuro-linguistic programming, allergy testing, relationship counselling, life coaching and podiatry.

We also sell a wide range of health products, including nutritional and herbal remedies. We stock many natural and organic skincare brands such as REN, Dr Hauschka, Weleda and Green People. Many of our customers find their sensitive skin is cured once they switch to a more natural brand.

Our gift range comprises NEOM candles and bodycare, and beautiful gift sets by our favourite skincare brands.
