DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. BKF Care & Repair subcontractor for willow park housing, So in April 2022 BKF came to my fathers flat, because the pump in the shower wasn’t disperse in the water quick enough, he was told by their engineer, that’s the way its there’s nothing he can do. Then in March 2023 I called them out to the property with the same issue. Yet again, they’re engineer, worked on the pump, said it was all fixed should be no more issues but Issues stayed the same. Now in June 2023 after lots of back and forth between myself and Willow Park BKF sent the director Timm to come and look at my shower and pump after being there for 15-20 minutes Tim said all fixed, but yet the issue was still there then Tim lie in a email, saying he run the shower for 20 mins and there was no issues. But what Tim didn’t know if you’re in the shower for 7 minutes, it starts overflowing and flooding the shower room and the hallway. This company does not care, and it’s quite happy to lie and allow a disabled woman to continue to have these issues Shame on Timm and BFK.
